Machinery Maintenance Engineer as an expert is in charge of maintenance, in line with the policies of Mashhad Milk Powder Industries Company.
• Implementing machine maintenance standards through proper and effective planning
• Collaborate with contractors of the maintenance and repair unit and continuously control and evaluate their performance
• Constant collaboration with the preventive maintenance planning and calibration expert to improve the PM system
• Hold regular meetings with other departments of the industrial unit to improve machinery performance
• Develop machine identification tables
• Prepare various work instructions for the Net unit
• Plan improvement projects to enhance the production software system
• Plan to maintain and upgrade the hardware platform of factory automation and ensure availability
• Cooperate in implementing factory automation projects in accordance with defined measures
• Analyze machine failures and provide regular periodic reports to the maintenance manager
• Supervise and implement plans developed by the maintenance manager to reduce stops in production and packaging machines and reduce related costs
• Supervise and implement programs related to supplying required spare parts for factory machinery and provide regular and continuous reports to the manager of the Net unit
• Supervise and implement developed programs to reduce emergency and preventive repair time and provide regular and continuous reports to the manager of the Net unit
• Order equipment with a safety, quality-by-design, and energy management improvement approach
• Monitor sustainable energy supply through availability of electrical substation equipment, transformers, and energy-generating equipment in the facility unit
• Provide effective monitoring and onboarding support for new entrants to the maintenance unit
• Supervise correct and effective implementation of safety, quality, and environmental management policies and related guidelines
• Continuous follow-up of purchase requests for the maintenance and repair unit
• Support the technical warehouse improvement program with relevant departments to manage spare parts
• Monitor execution and analysis of production software failures
• Operate, monitor, and maintain automated systems including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI in the milk powder factory
• Ensure reliable and continuous operation of automation equipment to minimize downtime and production losses
• Manage and optimize process control systems for critical operations like pasteurization, drying, blending, filling, and packaging
• Maintain and troubleshoot OT networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, ProfiNet)
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all OT systems and processes
• Train production and maintenance staff on OT systems operation, best practices, and troubleshooting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
• English fluency (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of different kinds of maintenance solutions and root cause analysis of technical breakdowns
