About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist to support the development and growth of strategic partnerships and business opportunities. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager of B2B to identify new opportunities, negotiate and close partnerships, develop existing relationships, and drive cross-functional initiatives from agreement to implementation and activation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities with both internal group companies and external partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support the end-to-end process of partnership agreements, from initial discussions through contract execution.
• Develop existing partnerships by identifying opportunities for growth, increased adoption, and expansion of services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner organizations.
• Develop business cases, commercial models, and partnership proposals based on business objectives and market opportunities.
• Analyze partnership performance, user behavior, transaction data, revenue, commissions, and other relevant business metrics to identify growth opportunities and support decision-making.
• Design and evaluate commercial and commission models, including calculating applicable fees and financial impacts within partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with internal Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, Legal, Data, and other relevant teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
• Track contracts, commitments, implementation progress, and service activation, ensuring that agreed initiatives are delivered on time.
• Identify and resolve operational and cross-functional blockers throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Manage multiple business initiatives simultaneously and ensure effective follow-up through execution.
• Prepare regular business reports, performance analyses, and management updates on partnership status, commercial performance, and key initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify potential areas for business development.
• Support strategic planning and prioritization of partnership initiatives in alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Key Account Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with business data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to develop business cases, commercial models, and financial analyses.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
