Customer Activation & Digitalization Executive

Job Description:
• Develop and improve customer activation programs aligned with Commercial priorities.
• Monitor customer engagement and activation performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify manual and inefficient processes and implement scalable digital solutions and automation.
• Translate business needs into clear system and digital requirements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and business reports.
• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Manage the business requirements and continuous improvement of customer engagement platforms.
• Monitor customer participation, retention, and engagement.
• Improve asset tracking, inventory visibility, and warehouse processes through data and digital solutions.
• Work closely with Commercial, Field, IT, Finance, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Activation, or Digitalization.
• Strong experience in process improvement, digitalization, and data-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical and dashboard skills; Power BI is preferred.
• Experience in translating business needs into digital tools, automation, or system requirements.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with CRM/customer platforms, SQL, or workflow automation is an advantage.
• Hands-on, structured, data-driven, and commercially minded.
