SAP MM Expert

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Expert to manage and optimize SAP Materials Management processes and solutions across implementation, transformation, and ongoing support.
The role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve procurement and inventory processes, deliver effective SAP solutions, resolve complex business issues, and support the organization's SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and purchasing processes.
• Support SAP MM initiatives from business requirements and solution design through implementation and go-live.
• Configure and improve SAP MM processes related to purchasing, inventory, materials, suppliers, and procurement.
• Work closely with Finance and other business functions to ensure effective integration and end-to-end process performance.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in SAP data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Analyze and resolve complex SAP MM issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work with business and technical teams to deliver enhancements and new SAP solutions.
• Maintain high-quality process and solution documentation.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to key users and other SAP team members.
• Contribute to SAP standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with experience across implementation and/or support projects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, and Invoice Verification.
• Good understanding of SAP integration with Finance and other business processes.
• Experience with SAP implementation, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
• Strong ownership, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Experience in mentoring or supporting key users is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• SAP certification is an advantage.
