Business Analyst - Commercial

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth business and data analysis using advanced SQL and Python to derive actionable insights that support commercial and operational strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, identifying opportunities for process improvement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze commercial performance, market trends, supply metrics, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the commercial department, ensuring accurate and timely performance reporting.
• Conduct A/B testing, evaluate business initiatives, and interpret results to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and root-cause analysis to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Operations, Product, and Data Engineering, to understand business challenges.
• Prepare and deliver ad-hoc analyses, business reports, and presentations tailored to stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and responsible use of business information throughout the analysis and reporting lifecycle.

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of proven professional experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.Professional proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, multi-table joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, data manipulation, automation, and analytical modeling, with hands-on experience using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, KPI development, and translating business requirements into data-driven solutions.Proven ability to collect, clean, transform, and structure raw data into reliable datasets for analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, investigate root causes, and deliver actionable business insights.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, A/B testing methodologies, and performance evaluation of business initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data quality management, including identifying and resolving data errors, inconsistencies, and reliability issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
