We run DiVaX, an English-language commentary and sketch-comedy YouTube channel. We turn viral internet stories into logical, funny commentary videos. We're growing fast and building a small team. You'll work directly with the creator.

The role
You'll find the video ideas we make and help pick the titles and thumbnails. You'll follow a written process, so you won't need a background in this. You will need sharp judgment.

What you'll do each week

1. Find video ideas using a filtered outlier-video tool. You'll work through set tiers and log every candidate.
2. Decide which ideas fit our brand using a written checklist, and explain every yes and no in a shared Google Doc.
3. Collect source footage: find original clips and screenshots for the chosen idea.
4. Test titles: write and rank title options using a set process.
5. Sketch thumbnails: draw simple layouts (paper or phone is fine) for our thumbnail designer.

You're a good fit if you:

• Read and write fluent English and follow English-language internet culture: YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, creators, and trends
• Notice patterns quickly, such as what makes a title or thumbnail stand out
• Can follow written steps exactly, and flag "unsure" instead of guessing
• Explain your decisions clearly and with specifics
• Learn fast and take direct, factual feedback well
• Have a good sense of humor about internet drama

Nice to have (not required): experience with YouTube analytics, thumbnails or titles, or working on a content team.

What you don't need: past experience in this exact job. We'll train you with written steps and examples.

1. Send a short message with two things: your favorite recent YouTube video you watched and why it worked, and a title you'd improve.
2. A short Google Meet call.
3. A paid one-week trial where you do the real process on a small batch. We judge the output against our examples.
