Data Engineer

We are a mobile game development and publishing company looking for a Data Engineer who is curious, disciplined, and passionate about data and the mobile gaming industry.
For this role, mindset, reliability, learning ability, and ownership are as important as technical knowledge. We are looking for someone with solid fundamentals who wants to grow across the data ecosystem and understand how data supports product and business decisions.

What You'll Do
Help build, maintain, and improve our data pipelines and data infrastructure.
Collect, transform, validate, and organize data from different sources.
Write SQL queries and work with databases and data models.
Help design clean, understandable, and maintainable data schemas.
Monitor data quality and investigate inconsistencies.
Support analytics, dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
Document datasets, metrics, pipelines, and technical processes.
Collaborate with game, product, marketing, development, and business teams.
Use AI-assisted tools to research, learn, prototype, troubleshoot, and implement solutions.

What We're Looking For
You should have a basic practical understanding of:
SQL, relational databases, and schema design.
Familiarity with at least one scripting/programming language, such as Python.
Data quality, validation, and documentation.
Familiarity with the broader data ecosystem, including Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Data Science.
Basic analytical thinking, visualization, and data storytelling.
Mobile game or product analytics, with an interest in understanding user behavior, product performance, and business metrics.
Hands-on experience through work, internships, university, or personal projects is valuable. We care more about your ability to understand concepts and apply them than the number of technologies listed on your CV.
