Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team.
As a DevOps Engineer, your role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of software development and deployment processes. You are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports these processes.
Your expertise in automation tools and containerization technologies is essential in optimizing the development pipeline. You will work closely with developers to ensure that code is tested, integrated, and deployed efficiently.
In addition to technical skills, you must have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will be working with cross-functional teams such as developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices. Your leadership skills will be crucial in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Improve the development cycle.
- Build internal automation tools.
- Design and develop solutions to common requests from the development teams.
- Be responsible for the code and task quality of the DevOps team.
- Design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure using tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, etc.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, etc.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that applications are deployed quickly and reliably.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Continuously improve the reliability and scalability of our systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience in automating and managing large-scale infrastructure.
- Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration/Deployment best practices and tools (GitLab CI, Argo CD).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, etc.).
- Experience configuring and automating monitoring tools.
- Knowledge and experience with secure infrastructure.
- Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience in automation tools such as Ansible.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash or Python.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana, and logging tools such as Graylog or Fluent.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
- In-depth knowledge of Linux.
- In-depth knowledge of Helm / Service Mesh / Kubernetes and Docker containerization.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent organizational and collaborative skills.
