Job Description
- Collaborate with business functions to identify and analyze IT requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Review and enhance existing systems and solutions and identify opportunities to improve digital capabilities.
- Participate in the implementation, localization, and rollout of centralized systems and new solutions across the organization.
- Support the planning and execution of IT projects, including system implementation, change management, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Utilize Low-Code tools and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate, to develop solutions addressing business needs.
- Support and manage assigned applications and IT solutions, ensuring their stability, reliability, and effective performance.
- Manage and follow up on Incident Management, Problem Management, Maintenance, Enhancement, and Change Requests related to assigned applications.
- Provide support and training to users to ensure effective and efficient use of IT systems, software, and resources.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to leverage existing solutions and promote standardization, technology reuse, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and external service providers and follow up on their service delivery and agreed commitments.
- Participate in the management and execution of IT projects and new business demands.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and requirements related to IT Governance, Security, and Business Continuity.
- Identify and explore emerging technologies and digital trends and propose innovative opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
