- Creative and idea-driven, with a strong visual sense
- Flexible and adaptable to project and team needs
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated
- Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in AI tools and able to integrate them into the visual design and content creation process
- Strong teamwork skills and openness to receiving and implementing feedback
- Able to deliver high-quality creative work within defined timelines
- Motion graphics design
- Experience in designing for advertising campaigns, social media, and e-commerce is a plus
