Key Responsibilities
- Lead, maintain, evaluate, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards and other relevant legal and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate in developing and reviewing organizational and process objectives improvement plans, and performance indicators.
- Identify, document, review, and improve organizational processes and analyze the interaction and dependencies among processes.
- Define, review, and monitor process KPIs and ensure their alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design, maintain, and improve risk and opportunity management and facilitate the process of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and determining strategies for risks and opportunities with the participation of process owners.
- Review and reassess risks arising from changes, non-conformity reports, incidents, and lessons learned, and ensure the updating of related assessments.
- Update, control, and maintain management system documents and records in accordance with the organization's current processes and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate risk-based internal audits and follow up on the implementation of audit plans to ensure the achievement of operational and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate the implementation of external audits and strive to obtain certification from accredited certification bodies.
- Prepare analytical reports on management system performance, achievement of objectives, KPIs, audit results, non-conformity reports, corrective actions, risk status, and improvement plans.
- Maintain documentation related to improvement and development projects and monitor the effectiveness of actions taken.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, NCR, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis.
- Working knowledge of BPMN 1.x and BPMN 2.0 for business process modeling and documentation.
- Working knowledge of Visual Paradigm for business process modeling and documentation.
- Ability to analyze, model, document, and improve business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Good communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
