We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic In-house Lawyer Intern to join our team!

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, including sales and service contracts, compliance affairs, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including sales and service contracts and partnership agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Track changes in local laws and regulations related to the company’s business, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations, and provide suggestions or warnings to business departments in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, contract templates, and best practices to enhance compliance and risk management.
• Be responsible for legal training and consulting in the field of business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Top 5 University)
• Experience in a student union/organization is preferred.
• Overseas study or internship/work experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, legal analysis skills, writing skills, and problem-solving skills with professional legal knowledge.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, which can be used as the working language.
• Ability to perform under pressure and good teamwork skills.
