Role Overview
As a Senior Content Specialist in Vibe’s Marketing team, you will blend hands-on content creation with strategy, quality control, scriptwriting, and external vendor management.

• Reports to: Marketing Manager
• Collaborates with: Social Media, Design, Product, and External Agencies/Freelancers

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Copywriting: Develop and edit content for marketing campaigns, social media, CRM/SMS, landing pages, POSM, and merchant co-marketing.
• Video & Scriptwriting: Ideate, draft, and finalize scenarios and voice-over (VO) scripts for promotional videos, TV commercials, and digital ads from concept to production.
• Outsourced Content Management: Write briefs, coordinate agencies and freelancers, review deliverables, manage feedback loops, and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Financial Communication: Translate complex fintech and credit products into clear, simple, and trustworthy messaging.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for research, ideation, scriptwriting, and streamlining production workflows.
• Performance Optimization: Track content performance and audience metrics to continuously refine output quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in content creation, copywriting, or marketing communications.
• Portfolio: Strong track record in campaign copy, video/TV scripts, landing pages, CRM messaging, or social media.
• Core Skills: Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
• AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance content speed and quality.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage external partners, coordinate multiple feedback cycles, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:
Background in Fintech, BNPL, Banking, Payments, or E-commerce.
Experience in TV commercial production or CRM/Lifecycle marketing.
