About the Role
At NikAndish, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our infrastructure and deployment processes and help us build reliable and scalable systems for our in-house FinTech products.

You will work closely with our engineering teams, solve infrastructure challenges, automate processes, and contribute to technical decisions.

Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:

• Linux and production infrastructure
• Docker and Kubernetes environments
• CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins
• GitOps practices
• Bash and/or Python scripting
• Networking, web servers, and production troubleshooting
• Infrastructure and configuration automation using Ansible
• Monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• A solid understanding of databases and infrastructure reliability

For this role, a Senior DevOps Engineer should be able to:

We expect the person in this role to be comfortable taking responsibility for production infrastructure and making sound technical decisions while collaborating with the rest of the engineering team.
