About the Role

We are looking for a highly outgoing and results-driven Sales Director to lead and develop our sales team and drive in-person sales performance.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in face-to-face sales, excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to train and develop high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team and drive team performance.
• Build and execute sales strategies focused exclusively on in-person sales.
• Train, coach, and develop sales team members and support their career growth.
• Implement and manage Sales Performance Management processes and KPIs.
• Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, targets, and individual/team performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve the overall sales process and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, with proven face-to-face sales experience.
• Previous experience in a Sales Management / Sales Leadership role.
• 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of Sales Performance Management and sales metrics.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in gold sales or selling similar products, such as jewelry and watches, is highly preferred.
