SAP PM Expert

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Expert to support and optimize SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management processes across implementation, transformation, and ongoing support.
The role will work with maintenance, engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and IT teams to improve maintenance processes, deliver SAP solutions, and support the organization's SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SAP PM/EAM processes covering maintenance planning, execution, and asset management.
• Support SAP PM initiatives from requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Configure and improve technical objects, notifications, work orders, and preventive maintenance processes.
• Support integration between SAP PM and MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, and PS.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, data migration, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze and resolve SAP PM issues and support business and technical teams.
• Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and user support.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Maintenance Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP PM/EAM experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, and technical objects.
• Experience with SAP PM integration with MM, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP implementation, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Fiori.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, or infrastructure.
• Exposure to shutdown/turnaround or major maintenance projects.
• SAP PM/EAM certification is an advantage.
