At SetareAval, we are looking for a Product Owner to help develop our app, with a particular focus on credit sales. In this role, you will use your understanding of user needs and business goals to shape the product direction and work closely with technical and business teams to deliver it.
Responsibilities

• Define and update the product vision, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategy and business goals.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for the app and its credit sales features.
• Analyze the market, competitors, product data, and user needs to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
• Prioritize features and requests based on user and business value, implementation complexity, and opportunity cost.
• Create, manage, and refine the product backlog, ensuring items are ready for development.
• Translate business and user needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team throughout the design, development, and release process, and respond promptly to questions about requirements.
• Track progress, identify blockers, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Evaluate the performance of released features and use user feedback and product data to improve the user experience and credit sales journey.
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates on product status, roadmap progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Agile methods, particularly Scrum, and experience working with a product backlog.
• Ability to analyze business needs, data, and user behavior and turn insights into actionable decisions.
• Familiarity with financial services, fintech, payments, and risk concepts, particularly as they relate to credit sales.
• Ability to communicate requirements clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and timely decision-making skills.
• Organized, accountable, and focused on results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through to delivery.
• Quick to learn and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
