We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks including JUnit and Mockito.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
