Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI solutions across multiple domains, including OCR, speech recognition, large language models, and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, model optimization, MLOps, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, fine-tune, and deploy OCR models for document understanding and text extraction.
* Build, optimize, and fine-tune Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) systems for multilingual and domain-specific applications.
* Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and modern retrieval frameworks.
* Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) for custom business use cases.
* Develop agentic AI systems, including tool-calling, multi-agent workflows, planning, and autonomous task execution.
* Build scalable AI services and APIs for production environments.
* Implement monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement processes for AI models.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Required Qualifications

AI/ML Expertise

* Strong experience with OCR technologies and model fine-tuning.
* Strong experience with ASR systems and speech model fine-tuning.
* Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
* Experience fine-tuning and evaluating open-source or proprietary LLMs.
* Experience building agentic AI applications and AI agents.
* Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and model evaluation methodologies.

Technical Skills

* Strong proficiency in Python.
* Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
* Strong Git and version control practices.
* Experience with MLOps workflows and tools.
* Experience deploying AI models to production environments.
* Familiarity with REST APIs and microservice architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, Transformers, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vLLM, or similar.
* Experience building end-to-end AI platforms and AI infrastructure.

Nice to Have

* Experience with multimodal AI systems.
* Experience with speaker diarization, voice verification, or speech analytics.
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
