SAP SD Expert

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Expert to manage and optimize SAP Sales and Distribution processes across implementation, transformation, and ongoing support.
The role will work closely with sales, customer service, logistics, finance, procurement, and IT teams to improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and support the organization's SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes from sales orders through delivery, billing, and returns.
• Support SAP SD initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Configure and improve sales, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns processes.
• Support availability/ATP, credit management, and customer master data processes.
• Ensure effective integration between SAP SD and MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, TM, QM, and other relevant systems.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, data migration, testing, cutover, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze and resolve complex SAP SD issues across pricing, sales orders, delivery, billing, and integration.
• Work with business and technical teams to deliver enhancements and scalable SAP solutions.
• Support interfaces and integrations such as IDoc, EDI, APIs, and external applications where required.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and support to key users and other SAP team members.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Sales & Distribution.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash, sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns.
• Experience with SAP SD integration with MM, FI/CO, and other relevant SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP implementation, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
• Good understanding of availability/ATP and credit management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Fiori.
• Experience with IDoc, EDI, APIs, or third-party integrations.
• Experience with SAP TM, EWM, GTS, or other logistics solutions.
• Experience in complex or international sales environments, including intercompany or cross-border processes.
• Basic ABAP debugging or technical understanding is an advantage.
• SAP SD certification is an advantage.
