About the Role

We are looking for a Front-End Developer to join our technology team and help us build, maintain, and improve the user interfaces of our digital products.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of Product, Backend, and users, translating product and business requirements into fast, smooth, reliable, and user-friendly experiences.

Your work will directly contribute to improving user experience, streamlining product processes, and reducing friction across key user journeys.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new features and capabilities for digital products.
• Implement user stories and product requirements.
• Develop and maintain Front-End pages and reusable components.
• Identify and fix Front-End bugs and performance issues.
• Improve code quality, structure, and maintainability.
• Develop and optimize user flows.
• Identify friction points in user journeys and suggest improvements.
• Improve the way information is presented to users.
• Contribute to improving experiences for both end users and internal back-office users.
• Analyze technical issues and identify their root causes.
• Collaborate with Backend teams to investigate API and data-related issues.
• Participate in solving technical and product-related problems.
• Support production troubleshooting and respond quickly to user-impacting issues.
• Work with DevOps and Backend teams when production incidents occur.
• Use monitoring and logging tools to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Document and share technical knowledge when required.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Front-End Development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with React.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Good understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience in Front-End component development.
• Understanding of state management concepts.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Basic understanding of APIs and Front-End/Backend communication.
• Familiarity with network and internet concepts.
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of API design.
