How will you make an impact?
As a Product Lead at Barook, you'll play a key role in defining and executing our product strategy, leading the Product Management team, and ensuring our product portfolio aligns with business objectives. You'll drive product growth by balancing customer needs, business impact, data, and technical feasibility.
What you'll do at Barook:
Define and execute the overall product strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives.
Lead the Product Management team, mentor Product Managers, and support their professional development and performance.
Drive product discovery to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business growth potential.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, data, technical feasibility, and risk.
Define and monitor product KPIs, tracking adoption, revenue, performance, and customer experience.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage product dependencies and risks, and ensure alignment across teams.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, e-commerce, or related industries.
Proven experience leading Product Managers and managing multiple products or product areas.
A strong track record of building and scaling digital products, from discovery and launch to continuous improvement.
Strong expertise in Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Roadmap Planning, Prioritization, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership.
The ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
