Job Description

Job Description
1. Linux Operating System Administration
  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers, particularly Ubuntu and Debian.
  • Manage users, permissions, services, storage, networking, and system resources.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform security hardening, backup, and recovery operations.
2. Kafka & Systems Integration
  • Install, configure, and maintain Apache Kafka environments.
  • Manage Brokers, Topics, Partitions, Replication, Producers, and Consumers.
  • Configure Kafka Connect and required Connectors.
  • Monitor Consumer Lag and troubleshoot integration and performance issues.
  • Support API and Microservice-based system integration.
3. Messaging & Streaming Broker Management (RabbitMQ)
  • Install, configure, and maintain RabbitMQ environments.
  • Manage Queues, Exchanges, Bindings, Routing Keys, and Policies.
  • Monitor message delivery, Consumers, and Ready/Unacked messages.
  • Implement Retry Queues and Dead Letter Queues (DLQ).
  • Support High Availability, Persistence, and Performance Tuning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering – Software or a related field.
  • +5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Linux Administration, System Integration, or Middleware.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux, Apache Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
  • Good knowledge of Bash/Shell Scripting, Networking, DNS, Firewall, and SSL/TLS.
  • Familiarity with APIs, Microservices, and system integration concepts.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and technical documentation skills.
