Job Description

Our Journey So Far
At Snapp, we’re redefining how cities move. Our ride-hailing and mobility platform connects millions of riders and drivers every day, delivering safe, reliable, and efficient transport solutions. Powered by real-time data and robust infrastructure, we make urban travel faster, simpler, and more sustainable.
We operate with the mindset of a global tech leader and the agility of a startup, building services that scale across markets while staying responsive to local needs.

Your Impact
As a Legal Coordinator, you will provide accurate, structured, and proactive administrative support to the Legal Department. You will play an essential role in streamlining legal workflows, managing contract lifecycles and physical/digital archiving, tracking critical deadlines and court proceedings, and facilitating smooth communication with internal stakeholders and external authorities. Your precision and integrity will ensure that our legal operations run with high efficiency, confidentiality, and zero delays.

What You’ll Drive Forward
  • Administrative & Operational Execution: Handle daily administrative and executive operations across the Legal Department to ensure smooth internal processes.
  • Document Control & Archiving: Classify, log, and maintain both physical and electronic archives for contracts, official correspondence, and legal case files.
  • Contract Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor the internal routing of contracts, facilitate cross-functional reviews and executive signatures, and secure approved final copies.
  • Legal Correspondence & Reporting: Draft official administrative letters, formal notices, meeting minutes, and operational status reports in compliance with company legal standards.
  • Deadlines & Hearing Schedules: Proactively register, monitor, and remind legal counsels and attorneys of statutory deadlines, court hearing dates, and contract renewal/expiration milestones.
  • Database & File Maintenance: Continuously update and manage databases for contracts, active litigation, and ongoing team assignments.
  • External Liaison & On-Site Follow-ups: Coordinate with judicial bodies, registry offices, and administrative authorities as required, including in-person administrative visits.
  • Document Integrity & Verification: Assist corporate attorneys with dossier preparation by verifying completeness of required attachments, official stamps, and authorized signatures.
  • Confidentiality & Access Control: Safeguard sensitive legal files, proprietary company information, and strictly adhere to data privacy and security guidelines.

What Powers Your Drive
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
  • Experience: Ideally 0+ years of experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or a relevant legal administrative role.
  • Legal Acumen: Solid understanding of basic legal terminology, standard contract structures, and administrative litigation workflows; familiarity with official judicial electronic platforms is a plus.
  • Communication & Drafting Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Persian (formal/business correspondence) and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Digital & Technical Proficiency: Practical proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel) and hands-on familiarity with office automation and document management tools.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, handle high document volumes, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ownership & Discretion: High attention to detail, reliability, proactive follow-through, and an uncompromising commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
  • Mobility: Willingness and readiness to handle in-person administrative follow-ups at judicial, notary, or public registries when needed.
