Own the measurement, experimentation, and predictive layer for khodro45's marketing efforts across paid acquisition, apps, and eCRM including lead scoring, churn prediction, and content/creative testing. Your job is to make sure every budget decision is backed by data the team trusts.
Key Responsibilities:
Measurement and reporting
- Own performance reporting across paid web, social, search, native ad networks, app installs, CRM/push, and SEO
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in Metabase for marketing and other stakeholders
- Track CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates by channel and flag anomalies before stakeholders find them.
Experimentation
- Design, run, and read out A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, and CRM messaging
- Define success metrics, test hypotheses, and statistical methodologies before experiments launch.
- Keep a shared log of test results so the team stops re-running old experiments
Analysis and modeling
- Run cohort, retention, and segmentation analyses for sellers, dealers, and affiliate partners
- Build lead-scoring and churn models with standard statistical methods, and validate them against actual outcomes
- Support budget allocation with channel-mix and incrementality analysis
- Forecast lead volume and spend efficiency for quarterly planning
Data quality and governance
- Own tracking plans, attribution models, and UTM conventions across web, app, and CRM
- Audit tag and event accuracy regularly, and document metric definitions so "a lead" means one thing across the company
- Partner with engineering on instrumentation and data pipeline requests
Cross-functional work
- Translate business questions from marketing, sales, and branch operations into analyses
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in plain language
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in marketing data analytics or a similar measurement-focused role
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
