At Azki’s Data Team, we are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights and support better business and product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Help guide business decisions through data.
• Work closely with data team members and cross-functional teams to execute data analysis projects.
• Write and run complex queries using data analysis tools and databases.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights, and provide practical recommendations.
• Design and manage statistical tests to evaluate the impact of product and business changes.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs, metrics, and OKRs related to business performance.
• Use data storytelling to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to different stakeholders.
• Work closely with operations and business teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Metabase.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as ClickHouse and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of statistics, experimental design, and A/B testing.
• Ability to solve complex problems and develop practical solutions using Python and tools such as GitLab.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and tools such as Kafka and Airflow.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into actionable insights.
