Job Description
Job Description:
SFE Specialist will support the Sales Force Effectiveness function through data analysis, data cleaning, reporting, and execution of SFE activities. The role will work closely with the SFE Supervisor in BO&S team to provide accurate and timely data-driven insights for sales force planning and performance management.
The position will primarily focus on data cleaning, Excel-based analysis and reporting, KPI monitoring, Report preparation, and operational support across key SFE activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, and data manipulation.
- Strong ability and interest in working with data, data cleaning, reporting, and analytical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and dashboards is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, inconsistencies, and key insights.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams.
- Basic understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness concepts and KPIs
