Own and develop TapsiFood’s Restaurant Supply Business Line, ensuring a productive, reliable, available, relevant, and competitive restaurant vendor network that can effectively convert customer demand into successful orders. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Restaurant Supply Strategy across cities, zones, cuisines, brands, price segments, and dayparts.
Manage the Vendor Portfolio, prioritizing Strategic, High-Potential, Productive, At-Risk, and Dormant vendors.
Drive Quality Acquisition & Activation, from vendor identification and negotiation to first orders and productivity.
Increase Vendor Productivity & Growth through data-driven segmentation and tailored growth playbooks.
Monitor and improve Coverage, Assortment, Availability, and Supply Reliability across key markets.
Own vendor-related OSR (Order Success Rate) drivers and reduce the Cost of Bad Supply.
Build Deal & Promotion Readiness, including Hero Deals, competitive pricing, availability, and vendor funding.
Monitor Deal Economics, Vendor-Funded Growth, subsidy dependency, and commercial performance.
Drive Price Competitiveness across strategic vendors, SKUs, categories, and zones.
Lead Vendor Retention & Recovery through early-warning signals and structured recovery plans.
Ensure Content & Catalog Quality across menus, images, pricing, SKUs, availability, and searchability.
Monitor Commercial Team Productivity and shift the organization from Activity Management to Output Management.
Lead weekly WBR (Weekly Business Review) and track Supply, Quality, Growth Readiness, Lifecycle, and Commercial Economics.
Requirements
Team Alignment: Partner closely with Growth, Operations, Finance, Contracts, Product, and other teams to align Supply Readiness with Demand Generation and drive shared outcomes.
Metric Ownership: Proven ability to drive Key Success Metrics, including Orders, GMV, Organic Orders, Conversion, Category Penetration, Customer Repeat, OSR, Cost of Bad Supply, Commercial Revenue, and Time-to-Productivity.
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or commercial leadership, preferably in Food Delivery, E-commerce, or Tech Startups.
Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales and performance analysis; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to extract actionable insights from data dashboards.
Negotiation: Proven track record in high-level negotiations, closing deals, and executing contracts with key commercial partners and restaurants.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics, pricing models, profit margins, promotions, and key performance indicators.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track the vendor lifecycle, pipeline, and document commercial processes.
