Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Performance Marketing, or similar roles
• Managerial or business ownership experience
• Experience in Digital Advertising or Performance Marketing is preferred

Job Description

At Jaryan, we are developing our Action-Based Advertising business line, where advertisers pay based on measurable outcomes such as leads, registrations, or purchases.

We are looking for a Business Line Owner (BLO) to take ownership of this business and drive its growth, revenue, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing the business line strategy and growth roadmap
• Owning revenue, profitability, and key business KPIs
• Identifying new customers, market opportunities, and revenue streams
• Developing commercial models and negotiating deals with advertisers and publishers
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve CPL, conversion, and margin
• Developing and scaling the publisher network for performance-based campaigns
• Collaborating with Sales, Account, Operations, and Product teams to improve and scale the business
• Identifying operational bottlenecks and designing solutions for more efficient execution

Requirements:

• Strong business development and deal-making skills
• Solid understanding of Performance Marketing and metrics such as CPA, CPL, Conversion Rate, and Margin
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Understanding of pricing, unit economics, and business profitability
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work effectively across different teams in a fast-moving environment
