At Ava Tejarat Saba - Modalal Group, we are looking for a motivated, responsible, and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Information & Communication Technology team and contribute to the improvement and development of IT support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, prioritize, and follow up on users’ technical requests and issues through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, support, and update operating systems and application software
• Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and implemented solutions
• Provide training and guidance to users on the proper use of organizational systems and software
• Follow up on user requests through to resolution and ensure that issues are fully resolved

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common business applications
• Familiarity with networking concepts and Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of information security concepts, including antivirus, firewalls, and related security controls
• Familiarity with computer hardware and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with email services and protocols, particularly Microsoft Exchange
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory due to regular communication and interaction with non-Iranian managers.
