B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist

Bon is looking for a motivated B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist to help us connect with architecture, engineering, construction, and design companies in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B clients and business opportunities
• Contact architecture, engineering, construction, and design firms through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Introduce Bonarch Draft’s architectural drafting, BIM, Revit, and visualization services
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Follow up with leads and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups
• Support market research and competitor analysis
• Work closely with the management and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

Requirements

• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and direct outreach
• Ability to communicate professionally with international clients
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online lead-generation methods
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or international sales
• Experience working with architecture, construction, engineering, BIM, or professional services companies
• Experience communicating with clients in Canada, the UAE, the US, or other international markets
