Job Description The Telecom Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and following up on telecom project activities from planning through execution and acceptance. The role ensures effective coordination among technical teams, regional teams, subcontractors, customers, and internal stakeholders, while monitoring project progress, timelines, deliverables, and documentation. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities with technical, regional, and subcontractor teams.
Follow up on project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project trackers, progress reports, and dashboards.
Monitor site-level activities including Site Survey, CW, Installation, Integration, Commissioning, and Acceptance.
Identify project delays, risks, and issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
Arrange project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow up on agreed actions.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, HR, and other relevant departments.
Follow up on subcontractor performance and deliverables.
Maintain and control project documentation and records.
Support the preparation of management reports and project presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in telecommunications, project coordination, project control, rollout, or a similar role.
Experience in telecom rollout projects is preferred.
Experience working with subcontractors and regional/field teams is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of telecom project execution and rollout processes.
Good understanding of project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of MS Project or similar project scheduling tools is preferred.
Familiarity with project KPIs, risk management, and document control.
