Senior Campaign Manager

We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager who is results-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing digital campaigns end-to-end—from planning and execution to performance analysis, optimization, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics.
• Identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, increase revenue, and maximize return on investment.
• Leverage AI tools for data analysis, campaign ideation, scenario planning, reporting, research, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor campaigns on a daily basis and proactively address performance drops, operational issues, and potential risks.
• Prepare clear and actionable performance reports, communicate key insights, and recommend next steps.
• Document campaign learnings, results, and best practices to continuously improve future campaigns.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely execution against business objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, campaign optimization, and key performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability for campaign performance and business outcomes.
