We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to close tickets and fix user issues.
Someone who, when they see a recurring problem or an unnecessarily complicated process, thinks: “Can’t we do this better?”
We’re building a small but growing IT team, and we’re looking for people who don’t always wait for instructions, can understand a problem, and are willing to take ownership and make things happen.
What you’ll do
Provide day-to-day IT support for users and equipment
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and devices
Investigate recurring issues and work toward root-cause solutions
Improve and document IT processes
Support new projects, automation, and system improvements
Identify ideas and opportunities to make our work simpler, faster, and better
What we’re looking for
For us, mindset and problem-solving matter more than degrees or fancy job titles.
You’re someone who:
Doesn’t need to be told exactly what to do at every step
Enjoys learning new things
Is comfortable with hands-on and routine work
Looks beyond fixing a problem and thinks about how to prevent or improve it
Follows things through instead of leaving them half-finished
Can communicate well with different people and move things forward
You don’t need to know everything. What matters is that you know how to understand a problem, learn what you need, and figure things out.
What this role looks like
This position sits within IT / Help Desk, but it goes beyond traditional support.
Alongside day-to-day IT work, you’ll also get involved in improvement projects, automation, and new challenges. As you gain experience and demonstrate your ability, your level of ownership and responsibility will grow with you.
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to complete a list of assigned tasks. We’re looking for someone who wants to have a real role in making the things around them better.
