Technical Product Manager (Mid-Level)

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Technical Product Manager with solid Product Management experience and a real software development background who can take a hands-on role in building and improving our products.

Responsibilities
Define and manage the product roadmap and prioritize the product backlog
Lead product discovery and translate user needs into features and product requirements
Manage the product lifecycle from idea and prototyping to MVP, release, and continuous improvement
Contribute hands-on to product development using programming skills and AI tools
Work with APIs, databases, and third-party integrations
Test, debug, and improve product features
Define and analyze product KPIs and use data and user feedback to drive decisions
Identify opportunities to use AI to develop new product capabilities

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role
Real software development experience and a programming background
Hands-on experience with at least one common programming language
Good understanding of APIs, databases, web/mobile products, and software development
Ability to understand and analyze code and technical requirements
Experience with tools such as Git, Postman, or Swagger
Ability to turn ideas into prototypes or MVPs using technical skills and AI tools
Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills
Good English skills for working with technical documentation and resources

Bonus If You
Have experience building a product from zero to one
Have worked as a Software Developer / Engineer before moving into Product
Have experience with B2C products or products with a large user base
Have experience with AI/LLMs and their application in Product Development
Have experience with SQL and product analytics
