Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with business objectives, priorities, and expected deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables and follow up on action items.
- Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks and support the development of appropriate mitigation actions.
- Support resource planning and coordination to ensure efficient project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedules, milestones, and required resources, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track project progress and prepare regular updates on key project metrics and performance.
- Ensure project activities follow defined processes and project management best practices.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and management updates.
- Support continuous improvement of project coordination and execution processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, retail, or commercial operations is considered an advantage.
