DevOps Engineer

Tapsi Garage is growing its products and infrastructure, and we're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build reliable infrastructure, improve deployment processes, and enable engineering teams to deliver software efficiently and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Manage and operate Kubernetes-based environments
• Work with ArgoCD and GitLab CI to automate application delivery
• Manage and optimize infrastructure components such as Nginx, Redis, and PostgreSQL
• Maintain and improve monitoring, logging, and observability using the ELK Stack
• Troubleshoot production, infrastructure, and networking issues
• Automate repetitive operational and deployment processes
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Frontend, and QA teams
• Participate in incident response and production support

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, SRE, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD
• Experience working with Kafka and Redis
• Experience with PostgreSQL in production environments
• Experience with Nginx
• Hands-on experience with the ELK Stack
• Good understanding of Linux and basic system administration
• Good understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with containerized environments and Docker
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering team

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ScyllaDB
• Experience with high-availability and distributed systems
• Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience working with high-traffic or production-scale systems
