Alopeyk is looking for a highly organized and analytical Business Performance Specialist to join our Business Line team. In this role, you will turn business targets into clear team targets, follow up on the actions defined to reach them, and design cross-functional projects that improve our key metrics and processes. You will work directly with the Business Line Owner and closely with teams across the company, making sure business goals are translated into agreed actions and that those actions turn into real results.
Key Responsibilities
- Break the business line plan into monthly and weekly targets for each team, and agree them with the team leads
- Make sure every target has one clear definition, one data source, and one owner
- Maintain a single action log for the business line: action, owner, deadline, expected effect, and status
- Follow up on actions consistently, flag blockers early, and escalate to the Business Line Owner when an action is at risk
- Track business line KPIs regularly and proactively flag anomalies or deviations from goals
- Analyze performance data to detect bottlenecks and opportunities, and find the root cause instead of the first answer
- Propose and define cross-functional projects, including scope, steps, owners, timeline, expected impact, and risks
- Run those projects across teams until they are live, measure the result, and hand the new process to the owning team
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and ensure smooth execution
- Prepare the recurring business review: what moved, why it moved, what was decided, and what comes next
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Gather feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and prioritize business initiatives
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, business analysis, operations, growth, or a similar role
- Strong command of SQL, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Metabase, Superset, or similar
- Solid analytical thinking, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets and defend your numbers
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to drive results with teams you do not manage
- Consistent, disciplined follow-up: nothing is forgotten and nothing is left half done
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to separate symptom from root cause and test your idea
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Familiarity with logistics, marketplace dynamics, or product development is a plus
- Experience with project tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus
