Account Manager

Shahrtash Studio is seeking an Account Manager.
The Account Manager at Shahrtash Studio occupies a central position between the client, the business, and the studio’s creative operation. This role requires both commercial acumen and the ability to manage the practical realities of delivering sophisticated branding projects.
The responsibilities extend from identifying potential business opportunities and initiating conversations with prospective clients to developing proposals, conducting negotiations, closing agreements, and establishing long-term professional relationships.
Following the engagement, the Account Manager remains responsible for maintaining the client relationship, translating requirements into clear internal briefs, coordinating the creative team, defining and following up on tasks, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring that the project progresses in accordance with its objectives and commitments.
The position also represents Shahrtash Studio beyond the studio. Participation in meetings, exhibitions, workshops, industry events, and other professional environments is an integral part of the role.
We are looking for a highly organized and articulate individual who is commercially aware, confident in professional communication, comfortable with responsibility, and capable of maintaining a high standard of conduct and execution across both client-facing and internal responsibilities.


What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and qualified leads
• Reach out, pitch, negotiate, and convert prospects into clients
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and our creative team
• Manage internal project workflows, task delegation, and deliverables
• Represent our studio at industry events, exhibitions, and workshops
