We’re looking for an Operations Specialist who is responsible for supporting, monitoring, and optimizing daily operational workflows, tracking orders and operational discrepancies, coordinating across internal and third-party logistics teams, and ensuring strict adherence to operational SLAs.

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, high follow-up persistence, data analysis and reporting skills in Excel, and the agility to conduct periodic on-site audits to maintain process reliability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Monitoring: Continuously track daily operational workflows, detect execution bottlenecks, and ensure standard operating procedures are strictly followed.

• Order & Dispatch Tracking: Monitor order statuses, shipments, returns, and operational discrepancies, driving proactive issue resolution from detection through full closure.

• Cross-Functional & 3PL Coordination: Maintain seamless communication and coordination between internal teams (Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Support) and external third-party logistics providers (3PL).

• Audits & Field Visits: Plan and conduct periodic on-site visits and operational audits across hubs, branches, and distribution centers to verify process adherence and service quality.

• Reporting & Data Reconciliation: Prepare structured daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports, reconciling operational logs with system metrics.

• Data Analysis & Process Optimization: Analyze operational metrics, identify root causes of recurring delays or errors, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

• SLA & KPI Enforcement: Track, evaluate, and enforce operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators across all dispatch and handling touchpoints.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• 1 year of professional working experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain functions.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting/dashboard preparation.

• Solid practical understanding of warehousing, fulfillment, dispatch, and 3PL operational workflows.

• Strong problem-solving, discrepancy reconciliation, and analytical thinking capabilities.

• High attention to detail, accountability, and strong cross-departmental coordination skills.

• Readiness and flexibility to conduct operational site visits, branch audits, and field missions as required.
