Brand Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing the annual brand and communication plan.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with agencies and internal teams.
• Contribute to packaging updates, artwork, and local adaptations.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including processing invoices.

Campaign & activation support:

• Coordinate the execution of digital campaigns, product sampling, and in-store activations.
• Work closely with trade marketing and commercial teams to ensure flawless implementation.
• Assist in adapting global toolkits and communication assets for the local market.

Cross-functional coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing, sales, supply chain, quality, legal, finance, and customer service.
• Ensure stakeholders are aligned and regularly updated on project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Fresh graduate or limited experience in Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated agility, resilience, and a strong spirit of collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Project management abilities.
• Fluency in both English and Farsi.
• Analytical skills.
• Organized, flexible, and capable of multitasking, with the ability to prioritize.
