Key Responsibilities
• Own the product strategy and roadmap, turning company goals into quarterly outcome goals (OKRs) and a ranked backlog of bets.
• Run continuous discovery: weekly customer interviews, usage-data analysis, prototypes, and experiments to validate problems before committing engineering time.
• Write lean one-page briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that give the squad clear context without over-specifying the solution.
• Lead a cross-functional squad (Engineering, Design, Data).
• Slice work into the smallest releasable increments, ship continuously behind feature flags, and run A/B tests to measure impact.
• Define success metrics before building, track them, and decide to iterate, scale, or stop based on the results.
• Identify where AI creates real user value in the product, and use AI tools daily to speed up research, specs, and analysis.
• Align stakeholders (leadership, Sales, Support, Compliance) through short written updates and clear trade-off decisions.

What You'll Need
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in product management, including 2+ years owning a product or major area end to end.
• A proven track record of shipping products that moved measurable business metrics (activation, retention, revenue).
• Strong command of lean practices (continuous discovery, MVP, and experiment design), applied pragmatically rather than by the book.
• Data fluency: SQL fundamentals, comfort with BI/analytics tools, and a working understanding of A/B testing and statistical significance.
• Solid technical understanding of APIs, web/mobile architecture, and the SDLC, enough to make informed trade-offs with engineers.
• Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar), Figma, and product analytics tools.
• Practical, daily use of AI tools (LLM assistants, AI prototyping) in product work.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and calm decision-making with incomplete information.

Nice to Have
• Experience in fintech or investment products.
• Experience with complex systems and calculation engines.
• Background in early-stage or scale-up environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory or compliance requirements in financial products.
• Experience with growth practices: funnels, pricing, onboarding, and retention experiments.
