BPMS Developer

We are seeking a BPMS Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, automation, and continuous improvement of business processes.
In this role, you will work closely with both business and technical teams to translate business requirements into executable workflows, develop process automation solutions using Bizagi and related technologies, and support the integration and ongoing optimization of enterprise processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, model, and implement business processes using Bizagi and other Business Process Management tools.

• Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and translate them into executable workflows and process solutions based on BPMN 2.0 standards.

• Develop, test, and deploy process automation solutions in line with the team’s technical standards and development practices.

• Implement and support integrations between Bizagi and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and internal services using APIs and web services.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to implemented processes and collaborate with development teams to improve performance and reliability.

• Enhance and optimize existing processes based on new business requirements, operational needs, and user feedback.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams during testing, validation, and delivery of developed features and process improvements.

• Create and maintain technical documentation related to process configurations, integrations, and implemented changes.

• Share technical knowledge and contribute to improving BPMS development and process automation practices within the team.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of professional or project-based experience in software development, process automation, or BPMS environments.

• Good understanding of Business Process Management concepts and experience modeling processes using BPMN 2.0.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, databases, and data manipulation.

• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as C# or JavaScript, with the ability to use it for development and solution customization.

• Familiarity with web services and APIs, particularly REST or SOAP, is considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot process-related issues and follow them through to resolution.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in BPMS and process automation.

• Strong teamwork, accountability, and effective communication skills when collaborating with both technical and business teams.
