Growth & Market Development Specialist

Responsibilities
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors and industry trends, and identify growth opportunities
• Design and execute market development and go-to-market programs
• Identify, develop, and manage opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and growth channels
• Participate in business negotiations and collaboration meetings, and follow up on opportunities until results are achieved
• Execute marketing and growth campaigns
• Design and execute B2B and B2G campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs
• Collaborate with product, sales, communications, and other stakeholder teams
• Design creative scenarios to increase engagement, leads, and market development
• Produce and develop value-driven messages and content for the target market
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and advance tasks under high-pressure conditions and limited time
• Extract insights from data and convert them into executable actions and business opportunities
Skills and Competencies
• Proficiency in market research, market analysis, and competitor analysis
• Practical experience in market development and business development
• Experience in B2B and B2G marketing
• Experience in designing and executing performance/growth marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with digital marketing, lead generation, and funnel management
• Skills in negotiation, partnership, and developing business collaborations
• Ability to design GTM and market entry strategies
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Skills in content production, messaging, and designing campaign scenarios
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
