Job Description
- Record and process financial transactions, including purchases, sales, procurement, and import-related entries.
- Perform account reconciliations and monitor account balances.
- Support cost accounting activities, including order costing, manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense analysis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly inventory and financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with VAT, tax, and Social Security reporting and audits.
- Manage cash flow and petty cash activities, as required.
- Support annual stock counting and inventory control.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of financial and commercial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with taxation and Social Security regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Rahkaran System is an advantage.
- Familiarity with import processes and INCOTERMS is a plus.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in accounting; internship or academic experience will also be considered for junior candidates.
