An international advertising agency located in Iran/Tehran is looking for a senior business builder to lead Growth & Commercial — someone who can turn an early-stage digital product into a scalable business.
What we’re looking for:

- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and listening)
- Experience in GTM, commercialization, growth strategy, pricing & monetization
- Background in digital products, SaaS, marketplaces, consumer tech, AI, health-tech, or B2B2C
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, and revenue economics
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, and revenue growth
- Ability to move from strategy to execution and build from early stage
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and building from zero
- Commercial Strategist × Growth Operator × Business Builder
- This is not a traditional Marketing or Sales leadership role. We’re looking for someone who has owned the business engine — from GTM and monetization to partnerships, growth, and commercial outcomes.
