Production Engineer

The incumbent of this job is responsible for carrying out all production-related matters in order to reach the KPIs, as well as ensuring continuity of production based on the plan received from the planning department, in accordance with the quality standards defined for JTI products.
Responsibilities:
Providing a safe work environment for shop floor employees and ensuring 5S standards on the shop floor.
Carrying out all steps to achieve production KPIs: OEE, reject rate, and downtime reduction, as well as quality KPIs: beetle count, MQR, and customer complaints.
Carrying out relevant projects in order to create knowledge and meet the quantitative and qualitative goals of production.
Being responsible for continuously improving the technical knowledge of production employees and, under supervision, identifying and evaluating their training needs and communicating with the team.

Develop skills to perform work in a healthy and safe manner, maintain good communication with ITC staff, carry out required safety and health information, display and follow signs, posters, warnings, and written instructions, and know JTI legal regulations as well as EHS requirements related to occupational hazards. Comply with all applicable regulations to report and eliminate unsafe conditions.
