Commercial Specialist (Import/Export) - خانم

FAZ Trading Company is seeking a motivated, responsible, and professional Commercial Specialist with strong English language skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities to support the company's commercial operations and expand its business relationships with domestic and international suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain effective relationships with domestic and international suppliers, customers, and business partners.
Handle business correspondence, emails, and verbal communications in English.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, products, and new business opportunities in local and international markets.
Request and compare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on orders.
Prepare quotations, pro forma invoices, commercial proposals, and business reports.
Coordinate purchasing, sales, sourcing, and other commercial activities.
Conduct market research and assist in identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Follow up on commercial transactions and ensure timely communication with business partners.
Requirements
Good command of English, particularly in business communication, speaking, and writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and a professional attitude.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with commercial operations, purchasing, and sales processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a trading company or a commercial role.
Experience in international business correspondence and English-language negotiations.
Familiarity with international sourcing and import/export procedures.
