Insight & Data Analyst

Job Position:

We are looking for an Insight & Data Analyst who can transform existing data from various data sources into actionable insights for decision-making. The primary focus of this role is data analysis, KPI review, insight extraction, conducting Root Cause Analysis, and providing operational recommendations to business and sales teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Extract actionable insights from various data sources and translate them into implementable recommendations for business teams.
• Review the performance of teams, channels, products, customers, regions, or other business dimensions based on organizational needs.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for performance issues and declines.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and other business units to understand their issues and analytical needs.
• Conduct analytical meetings with different teams to review performance, issues, and opportunities.
• Extract and combine data from SQL, CRM, dashboards, and other information sources.
• Design and prepare analytical reports for managers and business teams.

Skills and Requirements:

• High proficiency in creating analytical and management reports.
• Excellent ability in Data Analysis and Business Analysis.
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and extract insights from data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and their associated drivers.
• Good familiarity with Power BI or Metabase and SQL, with the ability to perform basic to intermediate queries.
