Milli Group is looking for a capable and experienced Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of the infrastructure supporting the Group’s products. In this position, you will focus on automation, CI/CD, observability, and production operations to improve system reliability, availability, and the quality of delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable, stable, and scalable infrastructure
• Manage and optimize Linux-based production and non-production environments
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, deployment, and release processes
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management using Terraform and Ansible
• Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker
• Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and observability
• Define and monitor metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and operational dashboards
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
• Design backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Identify and resolve performance and reliability bottlenecks
• Improve infrastructure security and manage access controls and secrets
• Develop automation to reduce repetitive tasks and human error
• Document infrastructure, operational processes, and runbooks
• Collaborate closely with Backend and QA teams to improve developer experience and delivery processes

Skills and Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong practical knowledge of Linux and System Administration concepts
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, reverse proxies, and TLS
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenSearch
• Automation and scripting skills using Bash, Python, or Go
• Experience managing secrets, credentials, access controls, and infrastructure security
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments
• Strong understanding of High Availability, Fault Tolerance, Backup, and Disaster Recovery concepts
• Experience with Git and Git-based development and deployment workflows
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions
• Experience with Container Orchestration
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or similar technologies
• Experience designing and maintaining High-Traffic, Transaction-Heavy, or Large-Scale systems
• Experience with Performance Monitoring and Capacity Planning
• Experience designing and maintaining internal platforms for development teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different technical teams
